Objectives of Food Processing Technology

The main objective of the Food Processing Technology craft certificate program is to equip the trainee with knowledge, practical skills, and attitudes that enables him/her to perform relevant duties in the food industry.

  • Choose appropriate raw materials and equipment for processing.

  • Have a good foundation for further training in food processing industry
