Eastlands College of Technology (ECT) is a Technical and Educational Training Institution. It is a project of Strathmore Educational Trust, a public charitable trust established in Kenya, and is located in Donholm, Off Lunga Lunga Road.
ECT collaborates with like-minded industries in offering market-driven courses to its trainees through the Dual Training System (DTS). The aim is to offer these trainees an opportunity to receive training in the College and in the industry.

Eastlands College of Technology (ECT) has been in the making since 2003 when the Informal Sector Business Institute (ISBI) was created with the help of the Austrian NGO ICEP to train Micro entrepreneurs on basic business skills and ICT training for the youth. Over 5000 people and more than 500 entrepreneurs have taken part in these courses.
The mission of the College is to serve the formal and informal sector by providing skilled manpower with vocational, industrial and entrepreneurial education.
The vision is to be a training institution that is a point of reference for industries seeking skilled manpower with the competencies required by the businesses.
This is achieved through the implementation of dual training system.
Vision: To be a training institution that is a point of reference for industries seeking skilled manpower with the competencies required by the businesses in East Africa.
Mission: In partnership with the industries, ECT seeks to serve East Africa's formal and informal industry by providing manpower with vocational, industrial and entrepreneurial education.
