Kipkabus Technical and Vocational College was duly opened and accredited to operate as a Technical and Vocational College in January 2018.

In the same month Kipkabus Technical and Vocational College was able to admit 50 pioneer students in Building and Civil engineering department. That number has now grown to beyond 500.

Kipkabus Technical and Vocational College offers courses that are market-driven and closes the gaps in the labor market. The institution also seeks to empower the learners with skills and expertise and be a driving force in the technological growth of the country.

Our staff strives to perform as inscribed in our motto, which is to instill knowledge and skills that drive towards the development of our country in line with Vision 2030. Facility Wise, we are adequately equipped with both modern Computer laboratories and Engineering Workshops that enable us to achieve the goal we have ascribed in our motto.

Kipkabus Technical Training Institute - History

Kipkabus Technical and Vocational College is located in the expansive Uasin Gishu County near Kipkabus Trading Center in the County.

Construction of the institution started back in 2014 under the mentorship of Rift Valley Technical Training Institute and completed in 2017.

In 2018, Kipkabus Technical and Vocational College was established and handed over to its founding Principal Isaac Bwambok who oversaw the first Student enrolment in January 2018. 

In February 2019, Mr Bwambok turned the leadership over to Mr Wilson Kimugul who became the institution?s second principal.
