Child Care and Protection

This Child Care and Protection Diploma programme is a unique demand driven course in line with government policy National Plan of action 2015 - 2022 under pillar (III) on right to child protection.

This Child Care and Protection course will enable you to respond to children's issues in a holistic manner.

Target Goup: 

• Persons interested in pursuing a career in child care and protection.
• People already trained and working with children including social workers, teachers, children magistrates, probation officers, community health workers, community development workers.

Objectives of Child Care and Protection

Children rely on adults to make sound appropriate decisions about their safety and well-being. The diploma in child care and protection provides students with the skills and confidence to be strong advocates for children.

This course  will:
