This Diploma in Office administration course offered at Equip Africa Institute consists of competencies that an individual must achieve to manage an organization’s office.
The programme entails managing front office operations, managing office mail, coordinating official meetings, managing office security, managing office telephone calls, processing computerised documents, demonstrating shorthand skills and demonstrating ICT skills.
Assessment
The course will be assessed at two levels: internally and externally. Internal assessment is continuous and is conducted by the trainer who is monitored by an internal accredited verifier while external assessment is the responsibility of TVET CDACC.
Certification
On successful completion of all units of learning, a trainee will be awarded a Diploma in Office Administration. These certificates will be issued by TVET CDACC in conjunction with Equip Africa Institute.
