Course Structure and Duration
Curriculum covers a minimum of 2 semesters and a maximum period of 5 semesters of 15 weeks each.
The programme consists of lectures, coursework, seminars, fieldwork, supervised independent study, including a written final examination and a research project.
Candidates will be expected to take a minimum load of 2 units and maximum load of 5 units each semester.
Candidates shall be required to successfully take 9 approved course units, and a project paper.
The research project will be taken as equivalent to 1 course unit.
Course Outline
Level One
Economics of Land Use, Elements of Law, Nature and Principles of Real Property, Building Construction and Services, Principles of Land Management.
Level Two
Property Management, Principles of Valuation, Real Estate Agency, Computer Applications in Estate Agency and Property Management, Research Project.
