The main objective of this programme is to educate professionals whowill assume leadership roles in helping establish and maintain viable and productive communities.

Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with an average grade C. Under special circumstances a lower grade may be considered. Kenya Advanced Certificate of Education (KACE). Persons aged 19 years and over who has been employed in the Sales & Marketing field for a minimum of 6 months.
