About BACHELOR OF ARTS Masters program.

The Bachelor of Arts programme in the Department of Literature of the University of Nairobi helps students to respond sensitively to a wealth pool of literature that uses oral and written modes of transmission, exists in poetic, dramatic and prose genres and traverses regional and national cultures. In the process, students acquire tools to evaluate literature, discover the


language literature uses, learn skills for staging and performing drama, and learn creative writing.

Entry requirements for BACHELOR OF ARTS

1. A candidate for admission to the Faculty of Arts (hereinafter referred to as "the Faculty") must have any of the following as minimum qualifications:


i) KCSE with a B or equivalent


ii) KCSE with a C plain or equivalent Plus a Diploma or equivalent from a recognized post- secondary institution.
