Course Overview

Kabianga University's Human Resources Management degree program focuses on applied professional human resources (HR) practices and solutions.

The degree program is designed to impart fundamental business concepts such as marketing, accounting, economics and law. as well as specialising human resource core lessons. The program structure allows students to gain practical skills through applied projects such as developing a business plan for the startup of a new HR department.

Human Resources Management students will have the opportunity to develop processes from the idea stage through to execution and you will learn from experienced professors and a network of industry professionals.

Minimum Entry Requirements

To enroll into the Bachelor of Science in Human Resource degree program at Kabianga University, a student is required to meet the following minimum qualifications.

  • Minimum Mean Grade of C+ at KCSE and at least C in Mathematics and English/ Kiswahili OR
  • Two Year Ordinary Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business related field with distinction or credit or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution (May be admitted to 2nd year of study) OR
  • Two (2) principal passes at A-level and a subsidiary.
