Course Overview

The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme at Riara University is designed to produce innovative graduates, who possess high professional skills, are ethical, creative, entrepreneurial, sensitive and responsive to societal needs and committed to lifelong learning in the fields of finance, accounting and marketing.
Students can pursue any of the following options:

  • BBA Finance option
  • BBA Marketing option
  • BBA Accounting

Minimum Entry Requirements

Applicants for the Bachelor of Business Administration degree programme must be holders of:

  • KCSE (or equivalent) mean grade of C+ with a grade of C plain in English and Mathematics; or
  • Two principal passes in KACE/EAACE/GCE-ALEVEL with credit passes in Mathematics and English in the KCE or GCE Ordinary Level.

Exemptions will be granted to holders of the following qualifications:

  • Certified Professional Courses such as ACCA, CFA, CPS, CPA, CIM, CIMA (Post graduate level), AKIB and CIPS;
  •  Ordinary and Higher National Diploma Certificates.
